I tried WordPress Theme Gen, but it kept crashing in my computer. I liked WordPress Theme Generator, but I don’t like the footer link and info that says it was built by WordPress Theme Generator. Pixelpoint looks really promising. Will try it out.

TCThemes, i usually use them to generate my own basic theme, and continue the css development from a better point.

Good post but my favorite WordPress theme generator is TemplateToaster from http://www.templatetoaster.com/ , it is a Windows based software with every advanced feature to create and publish WordPress themes.
It also support all versions of Joomla, Drupal in addition to HTML/CSS websites. I am quite impressed with its Idea button, clicking on which you can get unlimited unique themes.
